Overview
Sparkbyt Digital ("we", "our", or "us") is an independent iOS app studio based in Singapore. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with our mobile applications, including Foldz, and this website (sparkbytdigital.com).
We built our apps on a simple principle: you shouldn't need to hand over personal data to use a tool on your own phone.
Information We Collect
We do not collect any personal information. Specifically:
- We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any personal identifiers.
- We do not access, collect, or sync with your bank accounts, credit cards, or financial accounts.
- We do not track or collect your location information.
- We do not collect device identifiers, IP addresses, or advertising identifiers.
- We do not use analytics, crash reporting, advertising networks, or any third-party SDKs that collect data.
- We do not use cookies or similar tracking technologies on this website.
How App Data Is Stored
All data you enter into our apps — such as budget categories, transactions, and settings in Foldz — is stored locally on your device using iOS system storage (UserDefaults and/or local files). This data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to any server operated by us or anyone else.
If you have iCloud or iTunes backups enabled on your device, iOS may include this local app data as part of your device backup. This is managed entirely by Apple and is outside our control. We have no access to your backups.
Third-Party Services
Our apps do not integrate any third-party analytics services, advertising SDKs, or data collection frameworks. We do not share any data with third parties because we do not collect any data to share.
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process standard server access logs (such as IP addresses and page requests) as part of delivering the website. This is governed by Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
In-App Purchases
Some of our apps offer optional paid features via Apple's in-app purchase system (App Store). Any purchase transactions are handled entirely by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment information. Apple's handling of purchase data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
Children's Privacy
Our apps are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. Since we collect no data from anyone, we believe our apps are inherently safe for all ages, but parental guidance is recommended for all app use by young children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of our apps after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
