Enter how much money you have this period. Foldz shows you exactly what's left to assign — your "Ready to Assign" balance.
Create envelopes for each spending category — Groceries, Transport, Dining Out, whatever fits your life. Assign money to each until you reach zero.
Tap an envelope to log what you spent. Watch the balance drop. When an envelope hits zero, that category is done — move money or stop spending.
Foldz is deliberately minimal. Every feature serves the budget, not the app.

The free tier gives you monthly budget periods. Envelopes reset each month. Navigate back through past periods to review your history.

Log one-time or recurring income. The "Ready to Assign" banner shows exactly how much unallocated money remains at all times.
Budget on your pay cycle. Weekly or bi-weekly resets keep your envelopes aligned with when money actually arrives, not just the calendar month.
Export your transactions for the current period to a spreadsheet. Your data, in a format you can take anywhere.
Choose whether your week begins on Monday or Sunday. A small detail that matters if your pay week doesn't start on Monday.
